Product Description

BC JOINT WEAR RING
A non-metallic bearing manufactured from a variety of high performance materials, with a butt cut for installation.

SC JOINT WEAR RING
A non-metallic bearing manufactured from a variety of high performance materials, with a scarf cut for installation and improved contamination resistance.

ST JOINT WEAR RING
A non-metallic bearing manufactured from a variety of high performance materials, with a step cut to reduce the potential gap.

CN WEAR RING
A non-metallic bearing manufactured in a continuous (no cut) ring from a variety of high performance materials.

STANDARD WEAR RING MATERIALS

The physical properties of the most commonly used wear ring materials.

SD - (Standard Duty) Fiberglass loaded Nylon. For general hydraulic cylinder use

FD - (Frictional Duty) Fiberglass and PTFE loaded Nylon. General hydraulic cylinder use with additional lubricant.

TB - (PTFE/Bronze) Highly lubricated for dry running surfaces and rotary use.
